At Beach Made Easy, we believe in the trip, not the destination. While at times, life can be fast-paced, stressful, and chaotic, life at the beach is meant to be simple. It should be easy. -Beach Set Service orders require a 2 day minimum.
- All beach chair rentals include two chairs and one umbrella along with FREE daily setup and take down.
- Beach sets may be picked up at 4pm if chairs are empty or vacant. This applies for inclement weather as well.
- Beach set service will include daily setup by 8:00 AM and will remain setup until 5:00 PM until they are taken down by an attendant.
- Orders will be set up within the approved county beach vendor zone of your choosing. Exact position within the zone cannot be guaranteed.
What if I have to cancel my order?
Orders canceled 7 days or more prior to delivery will receive a full refund. Cancelations after 7 days but before delivery date will receive a 50% refund. Cancelation on the day of delivery will receive a company credit that is applicable until the end of the calendar year.
There are no refunds due to inclement weather. Thus, the standard refund policy will apply.
Do you require a deposit?
No, we do not require any deposit on our equipment. If the items are returned damaged or missing, charges will incur unless the damage waiver has been purchased.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We request that you reserve your equipment as soon as you finalize your vacation plans. This helps to ensure that the items you have requested will be booked for your stay. All inventory on our website is in real-time, and your order is not guaranteed until after your payment is processed.
What if there's bad weather on my rental dates?
Unfortunately, Mother Nature does not always cooperate. Thus, there will be no refunds for inclement weather.
What if I decide to stay longer?
You can always add another day, week, or month if the inventory is available. Please call or rebook online to arrange any extended requests. Let’s face it…. it’s pretty great on 30A, so we will do our best to accommodate.
How can I make a payment?
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks or Venmo (or Bitcoin or any other crypto). It seems kind of dumb to say that…. but you would be surprised. However, we accept cash as it is the currency of our great country and is “legal tender for all debts, public and private”. GO USA!
